Wedding planning and event planning can be a stressful time, and this option is perfect for clients that do not have time to look after all the details and administration that are involved when you plan an event. Relax and enjoy while our team executes all your dreams into reality.

Planning & Preparation
  •   Guidance begins from contract signing
  •   Unlimited consultations via phone or e-mail
    •   Up to 5 in-person planning consultations (excludes vendors)
    • Required - Attendance at Menu/Tasting Selection
    • Consultation - Review vendor contracts, site visit or review paperwork
  •   Venue Search for Ceremony and Reception Location
  •   Personal Attendance to prospective venues (Local: up to 3)
  •   Assistance with Selection of Event Attire and Accessories
  •   Assistance with Invitation and Stationery Goods (menu,programs, place cards, etc).
  •   Assistance with Research on Group and Hotel Room Blocks
  •   Review final Floor Plan as provided by venue
  •   Personalized Checklists and Reminders
  •   Budget and Cost Analysis - Establish Priorities
Vendor Selection & Coordination
  •   Vendor Referrals based on Client’s budget and style - Verify Availability, Provide Rate Information, Schedule and Confirm Appointments and Reminders per client’s needs.
  •   Track All Vendor Security Deposits and Final Payments
  •   Communicate venue policies and conduct with each vendor
  •   Conference and confirmation of all services with vendors prior to event day
  •   Coordinate and distribute event day timeline for vendors
  •   Confirm final rental detail orders and counts
Week of the Event
  •   Attend final meeting with client and collect all celebration elements.
  •   Confirm all details and arrival times for vendors
  •   Provide day-of schedule to vendors
  •   Coordinate all printed materials
  •   Distribute timeline to wedding party (If Applicable)

  •   Direct wedding rehearsal
  •   Organize wedding party for line up and placement
  •   Provide information on attendants’ duties
Event Day Services
